Department of Pharmaceutical Engineering at B V Raju Institute of Technology (BVRIT) Narsapur is organizing International Conference on Innovations in Pharmaceutical Engineering and Healthcare Systems (INPHES - 2024) on 23rd & 24th December 2024 under the banner of PRANATHI, a technical event initiated by the department since 2020.

About BVRIT

B V Raju Institute of Technology (BVRIT) was established by the eminent philanthropist (Late) Padmabhushan Dr. B. V. Raju under the aegis of Sri Vishnu Educational Society (SVES) in the year 1997. BVRIT was granted UGC – Autonomous Status from the year 2014. The Institute is also duly approved by the AICTE and the Government of Telangana State and is affiliated to JNTU, Hyderabad. BVRIT is accredited by NAAC with A+ grade and NBA.

About Department of Pharmaceutical Engineering

BVRIT Narsapur introduced the interdisciplinary "Pharmaceutical Engineering" course in the academic year 2015-16 to meet the growing global demand for innovative undergraduate engineering programs. As the first of its kind among private engineering colleges in India, the program offers an intake capacity of 60 students. The department boasts highly qualified faculty from premier institutions such as IITs and NITs, and it has established strong technical collaborations with leading global universities and companies, including Binghamton University (New York), Kumamoto University (Japan), Saga University (Japan), and ALTAIR Engineering (India). With state-of-the-art laboratories, the department's faculty have contributed significantly to research, publishing in high-impact journals.
